What Is the North Dakota Post Permanency Network?
The North Dakota Post Permanency Network (formerly the North Dakota Post Adopt Network) exists to provide ongoing support to adoptive families long after adoption is finalized. Through education, resources, connections, and family-centered support, the Network helps ensure that families have access to assistance when they need it.
Every family’s journey is different, and the support they need along the way will be different too. It may be information that helps make sense of a new stage, a training that offers another perspective, a resource that meets a specific need, or a connection with someone who simply understands.
Support is not only for moments of crisis. It is also about strengthening families, building connections, celebrating growth, and making sure families have somewhere to turn when questions arise.
Because families were never meant to navigate every part of the journey alone.
The goal is simple: helping families thrive.
