Jace, 15

Big birthday wishes to Jace! It is summertime and freshly turned 15-year-old Jace is enjoying every second of the warm weather! Jace is excited to celebrate his birthday with family and friends by playing yard games and eating cake! Jace can be described as funny, empathetic, and kind-hearted. Jace enjoys spending time outside playing basketball with friends, riding his bike, and going for walks. When the weather isn’t very nice, he also enjoys spending time inside watching TV, playing video games such as Fortnite, and playing card games. Jace enjoys being around people and can easily build relationships with people he trusts. Jace does not like seeing the people he cares about hurt and can become protective of them. Jace enjoys helping around the house by cleaning up his room and helping cook supper including pasta, pizza, and breakfast! Jace wants a family that will spend time with him doing activities and supporting him as he navigates through his teenage years. Jace’s team is looking for a two-parent or a single mom household. Jace would do best being the youngest or only child in the home. The team is recruiting nationwide, although it is important for Jace to maintain familial connections in North Dakota. It is important for Jace’s forever family to have a strong understanding of trauma and is willing to be patient and understand his needs. If you have any questions regarding Jace, please contact Tanya at Thaugen@catholiccharitiesnd.org or 701-390-1589. Don’t forget to check out his Reel Hope video.
