The WWK Recruiter represents the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, AASK and Catholic Charities North Dakota upholding CCND goals and mission statement. The WWK Recruiter’s primary function is to find an appropriate, permanent and loving adoptive family for children waiting in the foster care system. AASK Adoption Specialist
Join our amazing team! Catholic Charities North Dakota is seeking a full time Adoption Worker in the AASK (Adults Adopting Special Kids) program for their Fargo office. Responsibilities include completing child assessments and engaging in adoption preparation activities, conducting thorough assessments on families adopting from foster care, and assisting in general recruitment activities for children with no identified adoptive home. Position requires a ND Social Work License and experience working with children and families. Some travel required. Charity Care Specialist
Catholic Charities North Dakota, a nonprofit organization serving the entire state of North Dakota, is seeking applicants for a part-time position as a Charity Care Specialist located in Fargo. This position includes answering phone calls and speaking with walk-in clients who are requesting assistance through our Charity Care service. This employee will speak with clients, complete I&R form, and decide whether to provide assistance. They will also provide clients with information regarding local services, resources, and benefits available through the community and/or government. Individuals applying should possess the following qualifications: Experience in other social work, medical field, and/or customer service. The ability to prioritize work under pressure and to perform services for various staff. Willingness to learn new skills and new directions of the Agency. AASK Social Work Supervisor
$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Catholic Charities North Dakota, an accredited social service and licensed child welfare agency, is seeking an Adults Adopting Special Kids (AASK) Supervisor. The AASK Supervisor provides supervision to AASK Workers in the assigned region, takes an active role in the development and provision of program services. Qualifications include a ND LCSW licensure and two years experience in supervision of child placement workers or in child placement, or a Master’s Degree in a human service–related field from an accredited school and a minimum of two years of experience in supervision of child placement workers or in child placement. This position is based from any location in North Dakota and requires regular travel to Bismarck, ND for staff support.
