Human Resources-Office Administrator

The Human Resources-Office Manager is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities. This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: benefits administration, onboarding, policy/procedure implementation, staff training/ALL staff meetings, recruitment /employment, and employment law compliance. The office manager component of this position is responsible for oversight of all front office activities at multiple sites including office assistant supervision. This position is a member of management for Catholic Charities North Dakota.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three to five years combined human resource and office management experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • Strong references

Director of Development

AASK Office Support

Catholic Charities North Dakota’s Adults Adopting Special Kids (AASK) program is seeking a full-time, self-motivated person to work in their Minot office as an adoption program office support beginning June 1, 2022.  Duties include: maintenance of program files, handling confidential information, supporting adoption specialist work, performing general reception duties, and engaging in other office duties as assigned.  The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, will be dependable and reliable, and will relate well with internal and external partners.
