Director of Development

Catholic Charities North Dakota, an accredited social service and licensed child welfare agency, seeks a Director of Development to broaden its donor base and raise the funds needed to fulfill its mission.  This person will be responsible, in collaboration with Executive Director, for designing, managing, and implementing a range of development activities for the Agency.  This may include major gifts, planned gifts, bequests, estate planning, annual fund drive, and special events.  Qualifications include a minimum of a B.A. degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in fund development.  This position is based in Fargo and requires extensive travel within North Dakota with flexibility for some evening and weekend hours. Accounting Specialist

Catholic Charities North Dakota, an accredited social service and licensed child welfare agency, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to assist the Finance Director with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll duties and other accounting duties assigned. This person will be responsible, in collaboration with the Finance Director, to provide management with fiscal or administrative information as requested in accordance with and upholding the goals and mission of Catholic Charities North Dakota. This position also provides backup for Administrative support/Front Desk personnel, greets clients and visitors to the Fargo Office with a warm, welcome and professional attitude and when needed, answers and appropriately directs incoming calls and messages after securing the minimum information necessary.  Qualifications include a minimum of a two year Accounting Degree and/or relevant experience and familiarity with Microsoft programs. Wendy's Wonderful Kids Recruiter

Catholic Charities North Dakota, an accredited social service and licensed child welfare agency,  is seeking a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter in the Fargo office. The WWK Recruiter represents the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, AASK and Catholic Charities North Dakota upholding CCND goals and mission statement. The WWK Recruiter’s primary function is to find an appropriate, permanent and loving adoptive family for children waiting in the foster care system. The WWK Recruiter provides recruitment for special needs children in the foster care system according to the WWK Model and in adherence with AASK policies, in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications include a BA/S or BSW and licensure in North Dakota with two years of social service experience. This position is based in Fargo and requires some travel. AASK Social Work Supervisor

Catholic Charities North Dakota, an accredited social service and licensed child welfare agency, is seeking an Adults Adopting Special Kids (AASK) Supervisor. The AASK Supervisor provides supervision to AASK Workers in the assigned region, takes an active role in the development and provision of program services, including post-adoption services and offers assistance to the AASK Director as assigned. Qualifications include a ND LCSW licensure and two years experience in supervision of child placement workers or in child placement, or a Master’s Degree in a human service–related field from an accredited school and a minimum of two years of experience in supervision of child placement workers or in child placement. This position is based in Bismarck and requires intermittent statewide travel within North Dakota. Join our amazing team! Catholic Charities North Dakota is seeking a full time Adoption Worker in the AASK (Adults Adopting Special Kids) program for our Grand Forks office. Responsibilities include completing child assessments and engaging in adoption preparation activities, conducting thorough assessments on families adopting from foster care, and assisting in general recruitment activities for children with no identified adoptive home. Position requires a ND Social Work License and experience working with children and families. Some travel required.
