Prior to furthering her schooling, Jackie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has been working in the social service field for almost ten years, with compassion and a keen ability to make her clients feel comfortable and accepted. She has experience working with adults, veterans, and families in outpatient, in-home, and community settings. Jackie is trained in Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and ASIST.
Talia Biederstedt received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minot State University in 2009 and graduated with her Masters of Social Work from Simmons University in 2018. Talia has been working with Catholic Charities North Dakota as a guardian worker before moving to her new role as a counseling therapist. She has worked with the developmental disabled population for the past 8 years and she also specialized in children and family during her education.
Talia is married and has 4 children. She keeps busy with her kids’ activities and loves being a hockey mom. She loves the outdoors and spending time camping in the summers with her family and friends. She comes from a large family and enjoys living close to all her siblings.
Jackie and Talia are now accepting new clients and can be reached at 701-255-1793 to schedule an appointment. They provide child, individual, marital, and family counseling to people of all faith denominations.
