We are excited to announce that Catholic Charities North Dakota’s counseling program has a new director. Kim Fritel stepped into the role on June 1st but has previously been with the agency as a clinical therapist in our Fargo office.
Kim received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Mary. Prior to furthering her education, she received a degree in psychology with a minor in medical sciences from Minnesota State University of Moorhead. Kim has worked with adults and families for over 6 years. She is trained in Crisis Intervention Team, Trauma Informed Care, ASIST, Motivational Interviewing, Illness Management and Recovery, Multisystemic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma and Attachment for children and adolescence, and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Training.
