We provide a variety of services through our many different programs. Catholic Charities North Dakota can help you whether you are in need of counseling services for mental health, looking to adopt or create an adoption plan, or are needing a guardian for a loved one.
If you are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy Catholic Charities can help you as you make the best decision for you and your baby. Our Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Services (PPAS) program provides many different free and confidential services to help you feel prepared once your baby comes. No matter what your journey may be Catholic Charities North Dakota will be there to support you.
Are you looking to expand your family through adoption? Catholic Charities can help you. Our Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption program specializes in five different types of adoptions including international and North Dakota Infant Adoption. Our friendly social workers are ready to help you grow your family.
Adults Adopting Special Kids
Adults Adopting Special Kids (AASK) is North Dakota’s foster care adoption program. They provide adoption services to children in foster care and the families who adopt them. AASK commits to building permanency for children from foster care through adoption by stable and nurturing families.
Maintaining mental health is so important and Catholic Charities can help you improve your mental health. We provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families and with our sliding fee scale, no one will be turned away due to lack of insurance or an inability to pay. We now provide telehealth counseling sessions so anyone in North Dakota can access our services no matter where they are located.
Guardianship Services: Vulnerable
Are you worried about a family member, friend or a fellow community member? Is that person no longer able to or not making safe choices for their life? Are they taking too many risks in their decisions? Are they vulnerable due to treatment by others? Catholic Charities can help. We provide guardianship services to elderly persons and adult individuals with mental health issues or other types of vulnerabilities.
Guardianship Division: Intellectual Disabilities
For more than 32 years, Catholic Charities North Dakota’s Guardianship Division: Intellectual Disabilities has provided services anchored in the principles of integrity, advocacy, and compassion. Through our services and in collaboration with other agencies and organizations, we are able to respond to the needs of our most vulnerable citizens in our community, which results in a stronger community overall.
