Catholic Charities North Dakota has appointed an interim Executive Director, Kris Haycraft. Kris currently serves as the Director of the Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Services Program and the Accreditation and PQI Coordinator in addition to taking on the role as Interim Executive Director, following the resignation of former Executive Director, Dianne Nechiporenko. Kris has been employed with Catholic Charities North Dakota since January 2016 and is passionate about the work she does to serve her clients. Prior to joining Catholic Charities, Kris worked with youth and families at Youthworks in Fargo for approximately fifteen years.

Kris graduated with her undergraduate bachelor’s degrees in 2000 from North Dakota State University (NDSU) double majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She received her Masters of Social Work in 2003 from the University of Minnesota.

Dianne is leaving a big role to fill as she has accomplished many achievements in her nine year tenure at Catholic Charities North Dakota. The most notable include; the implementation of Catholic Charities Sunday, the creation of the Guardianship Services for the Vulnerable program, and the expansion of charity care efforts. The Catholic Charites Board of Directors has hired a national recruitment firm to fill the role of Executive Director. Once the role of Executive Director has been filled, Kris will return to solely being the PPAS Director and the Accreditation and PQI coordinator.
