Finance Director

Catholic Charities North Dakota (CCND) is seeking a full-time Finance Director in our Fargo office.  This is a very hands-on and comprehensive position reporting directly to the Executive Director.  The position requires the ability to work independently.  Responsibilities include oversight of A/P and payroll, monthly fiscal statements, audit coordination, benefits administration, some grant writing, and reporting to state agencies.

Director of Development

Adoption Worker/Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter

Catholic Charities North Dakota is seeking a full time Adoption Worker/Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter in their Fargo office for the AASK (Adults Adopting Special Kids) program through a contract with the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. This position will serve children throughout the state of North Dakota and focuses on recruiting permanent adoptive families for children in the foster care system. Clinical Therapist

Responsibilities include providing post adoption and guardianship services and supports to adoptive and guardianship families pre and post finalization.  Job responsibilities will include engaging in parent education, providing case management activities to children and families, making recommendations and referrals, networking with collaborative agencies within the assigned region, facilitating support groups, planning monthly activities and events, assisting in ongoing training and development of support services for adoptive families, guardianship families, birth families, and adoptees, and maintaining a high level of cultural competence within the role.

The position requires a ND Social Work License and experience working with adoptive and/or guardianship families.
