Director of Development

Human Resources-Office Administrator

The Human Resources-Office Manager is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities. This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: benefits administration, onboarding, policy/procedure implementation, staff training/ALL staff meetings, recruitment /employment, and employment law compliance. The office manager component of this position is responsible for oversight of all front office activities at multiple sites including office assistant supervision. This position is a member of management for Catholic Charities North Dakota.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three to five years combined human resource and office management experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • Strong references

Clinical Therapist

Guardianship Worker

Catholic Charities North Dakota, a nonprofit organization serving the entire state of North Dakota, is seeking applicants for a full-time position as a Guardianship Worker for vulnerable elderly persons, people who struggle with mental health issues and others in North Central/Eastern areas of ND. This is a work from home position. Some travel required and would be within a 150 mile radius, visiting assigned caseload one time each month. Individuals applying should possess the following qualifications: Excellent oral/written communications skills and especially articulate on issues related to the needs of the elderly, mental health issues, advocacy and guardianship.
